Please read the following information carefully before placing an order for any goods.
Payment
Credit/Debit card transactions are processed via a secure checkout through PayPal. Lenny's Art do not gain access to your Card Details at any stage during the Payment Process. We also accept cheques and Postal Orders made payable to Lenny Thakur.
Delivery
Your order will be sent to you within 5 days of receiving payment. However, for special requests, this may be slightly longer. I will contact you by email and inform you of the progress of your order.
The cost for postage is £2.00 anywhere in the world for orders upto £74.99, irrespective of the number of items purchased. Postage on all orders exceeding £74.99 is free anywhwere in the world! All items are securely packaged and sent Recorded Signed For™ via Royal Mail. Please note that I do not take responsibility for delayed or non-delivery of items due to factors beyond my control.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your goods for any reason, items can be returned, unused and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please note that commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
Please send returned items Recorded Signed For™ via Royal Mail, as claims for lost returns parcels without proof of posting will not be accepted. The delivery charge from the original order will not be refunded, with the exception of faulty goods or items sent in error. Returns are processed as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. These goods will be replaced free-of-charge or refunded in full, and you will also be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item to Lenny’s Art.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Product Representation
Every effort has been made to ensure that all product information is correct, however slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note that all items are handmade and are therefore subject to slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.
